Standard Domestic Shipping
Unless you choose otherwise, we ship USPS Priority to all addresses
in the continental US. Orders will take between 2 and 8 business
days to arrive. (Arrival time depends on your zone, and the amount
of distance between your address and our warehouse in Sebastopol,
CA.) UPS requires a physical street address (not a PO Box). If
you want your order sent to a PO Box, an APO, FPO, or US territory
(such as Guam or Puerto Rico) we must send your package via USPS
Priority Mail, which usually takes 3-10 days to arrive.
Rush Domestic Shipping
If you need your order by a certain date or time, you may choose
to have your order shipped UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. (This
service is available to any street address in the U.S. and may also
be used for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii.) If you wish to ensure
Rush delivery for a particular event or occasion, you may want to
place the order over the phone at 866-359-1695 so that we can advise
you on shipping methods.
Canadian/International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship to countries other than Canada. Shipments
to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland,
Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan
are sent UPS Standard, which generally takes 4-10 business days
to arrive. If you'd like your order sooner than that, please call
us at 866-359-1695. Orders going to the Northwest and Yukon territories
will be sent UPS Worldwide Express, which generally takes 2-4 business
days to arrive. UPS requires a physical address and a phone number
for every international order. You may be subject to import duties
and taxes, and as the importer of record and must comply with all
laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the
goods. We are unable to issue refunds or credits for items seized
by customs or for the shipping costs. If you choose to abandon your
package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund
for your order. We are required by customs to describe the contents
of the packages we send; for confidentiality reasons, we will use
generic terms such as "plastic toy” or “clothing.”
Order Processing
Orders received by 10am PST and designated as rush shipments
are processed the same day. All
orders received after this time will be processed the next business
day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Tracking Your Order
You should receive a confirmation email from UPS or USPS that
will tell you the scheduled delivery date and tracking number of
your package. If you do not receive a confirmation within 3 business
days of placing your order, please email

If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have
not received your package, please contact your carrier. We are not
responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders where
the shipment tracking confirms delivery.
