We do our best to ensure that our customers are delighted with
their purchases. However, we realize that returns are sometimes
unavoidable. If you need to return a product, please follow the
instructions below:
Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. For
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please e-mail us or call toll-free at 866-359-1695 . Shipping charges will only
be refunded in cases where our error caused the return or the item
is defective.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return most
unused, unopened items for an exchange, gift certificate, or in-house
credit within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept non-defective
exchanges on items that have been opened; items must be either:(1)
still sealed in their original packaging; or (2) unworn and have
the tags still attached. Due to ease of duplication, videos, DVDs
and audiotapes are returnable only if the package seal is unbroken.
For health reasons we cannot accept returns on any leather goods.
Toys may only be returned if they are defective, so please choose
carefully.
Most defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt
for a credit, gift certificate, exchange, or replacement. (We will
replace defective videos, DVDs and audiotapes with new items of
the same title.)
