~ Payment Options ~

For orders placed online or via fax or mail, we accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Debit cards with a VISA or MC symbol. We use an address verification service that requires the billing address you provide to be the same as the one on file for your credit or debit card. If these addresses do not match, your transaction may be declined. Please keep in mind that if you’ve moved within the last few years, your credit card company may have your old address on file for this service. We also require the card security number from your card (this is the three or four digit number on the back of your VISA/MC). This number assures that you have physical possession of the card. Credit card charges will show as "TSSI". If you have any question about these issues, please call us at 866-359-1695.

We also accept checks, money orders and gift certificates for mail orders.

To use a gift certificate, please place your order and choose Gift Certificate, then send us the gift certificate plus your credit card number or check or money order for the remaining balance. If the gift certificate value is greater than the order total, the remainder will be kept on file as credit on account unless you request a second gift certificate when placing the order. If you have credit on account with us, please call to place your order.

If you are paying by check or money order, please place your order and choose Check/Money Order. Please note that once we have received your check, we must wait for it to clear (five to fifteen business days) before your order is shipped. Money order payments will ship upon receipt. Please note that we can only receive checks that are imprinted with your name and address.
