| Vagina |

| Vaginal Exercises |
Vaginal exercises strengthen the muscles in the pelvic floor,
benefit women with leaky bladders, women who have lost muscle
tone through child birth and women who want stronger muscles
to enhance sexual pleasure for themselves and their male partners.
When awareness and strength have been developed women can learn
to isolate contractions of these muscles individually. The "Butterfly"
technique and "Playing the Jade Flute" are some of
the phrases seen in middle eastern and Asian texts describing
