| Sensory Rituals |
Celebrating the senses and becoming more present in your
body rather than your mind. Create a ritual in which one, some
or all of the senses are stimulated. Using things that stimulate
sight, smell, taste, touch and sound, bring yourself and your

blind fold when not stimulating the sight to intensify the perception
of the other senses. |

of being sometimes fatal and having effects that are not considered
pleasurable, including pain in the urinary tract and vomiting.
